At Kidoodle, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality reusable colouring mats that your children will love! Please read our policy carefully below.

Change of Mind

Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect product selection. All sales are final once the order is placed. 

 

Faulty or Damaged Items
Your satisfaction is important to us and we stand by the quality of our products. In the unlikely event a product arrives damaged, faulty, or does not meet the standards guaranteed by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA), we are here to help.

What to Do:

  • Contact us as soon as you notice the issue at hello@kidoodle.co.nz.

  • Include your order number and photos of the fault or damage in your email.

Your Entitlement:

  • Depending on the nature of the fault and what is reasonable under the CGA, you may be eligible for a replacement, repair or refund.

Return Shipping:

  • In most cases, if a return or exchange is approved, we will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.
